Toggle Widgets Panel

The panel gives ability to quickly wifi/bluetooth turn on/off, access location settings, adjust screen brightness (double click for auto mode if supported by phone), switch silent/vibrate/ring modes.

The app contains 2 widgets:
- 4x1 cells (5 toggles)
- 2x1 cells (3 toggles)
