IT REQUIRES GDE - THE NEW HOME EXPERIECE. YOU CAN NOT USE THIS WITHOUT GDE.

This is the original version-1 GDE theme, before going to version-2 themes with the new toolbar. Using this theme with GDE will give you the old look and feel ( including the old toolbar ).
