Telephone and SMS blocker

Telephone and text messages (SMS) blocker.

The app works in one region (country) at a time, a regional blacklist can be downloaded and used for blocking commonly unwanted calls, e.g. from sales representatives.
There are also local personal lists, one for telephony and one for SMS.
