Update on Jan 22, 2011: Automatic start when connected to bluetooth mono headset.

route audio through bluetooth mono headset or earpiece.

Note: Need to maximize media/notification volume before turn on this app.

Feature:
1. No reboot issue as long as you turn off this app before disconnect bt.
2. Auto restart after phone call;

Note: Audio is routed to phone when turn off this app due to reboot fix.
