SRM Slope Calibration

Features:
- Stores old slopes on the device for referencing
- Fills in historical values such as crank length, offsets, & your
most recent old slope to minimized keying in of data

- Catches all exceptions such as:
-- Slope Difference greater than 5%
-- Test done 2 or more times warning to send back to SRM
