Sleep Quality Index

The index can be used for sleep disorders, psychosomatic diseases, mental disorders of sleep quality component of evaluation, observation and so on. For the clinical delimitation of 7 points, divided into sleeping more than 7, less than or equal to 7 points can be regarded as normal.
