Simply SMS ALPHA

Simply SMS is based on the popular Shady SMS messager. Many users werent interested in the privacy aspect of the application, and asked for a standalone version. Simply SMS is just that.

The ALPHA release does not have MMS support whatsoever. Android 3.0 will hopefully provide an official MMS API

Recent changes:
Better management of notifications, and how Shady opens when an SMS notification attempts to launch the app.

Chomp and Handcent replace the system notification, which is how they are able to directly open their threads. I have to look into this further, and how particular threads can be opened in Simply SMS.
