Checks for appointments when receiving a call.
If you are in a meeting it will modify your ringer settings depending on the incoming number.
Settings:
-Special Ring Numbers play a special sound instead of ringing
-Normal Ring Numbers Ring as usual.
-Other Settings Apply to allday events and/or specify titles to ignore
