Rain Alarm

This weather app and widget are able to warn you against precipitation (like rain or snow) by a silent alarm. You can watch what is coming by the up-to-date radar animation. Even more convenient, the supplied widgets can help you monitor the precipitation situation without any alarms.

Useful assistant for everything outdoors like cycling, biking or hiking.

The difference to "Rain Alarm OSM" is the background map, which is here Google Maps and for the other version OpenStreetMap.

The data used originates from governmental weather services. Works in the USA (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam), Canada, Australia, the UK, Ireland, Germany, Norway, the Netherlands, Spain (including the Balearic and the Canary Islands).

Limitations to Rain Alarm Pro:

* Fixed update interval of 30 minutes
* Fixed search radius of 47 miles / 75 km
* Location update interval at most every 24 hours
* No manual location possible
* Fixed animation interval of 120 minutes
* Background update cannot be disabled
* No customized alarms
* Alarms without sound (only with vibration and notification)
* Just 2 widget themes - only with a black background
