Photo Gallery Live Wallpaper

Randomly chooses an image from a directory of your choosing to be your wallpaper at a specified time interval. Supports usage of OI File Manager.

turned stretching into scaling (keeps aspect ratio, can up&down scale)
better way to figure out if image needs rotating
the scaled & rotated image is only generated once and cached
added white background to preferences screen
