IMPORTANT NOTE FOR HTC Sync USERS:

There is a bug in HTC Sync which prevents OnTheJob from working properly with the Phones Contacts. The same HTC bug does not allow proper use of HTCs own speed dial feature. (Speed dial settings are lost after using HTC sync) We have notified HTC and hoping for a quick fix.
We, at Job Crafts, had a good experience using MyPhoneExplorer instead of HTC Sync (MyPhoneExplorer is a free app from the market)
