Network Widget

Simple widget to know active network infos.
Click on network name to open wifi settings
Click on icon to toggle ON/OFF wifi
Warning: this is a widget, you HAVE to add it to your home screen
This version should fix some problems but probably not refreshing one.
Next version should be a complete rewrite.
