Mortgage Payment Calculator

Very simple, very handy app for calculating mortgage payment.
Enter the following:
-loan amount
-interest rate
-term in years
and hit Calculate button.

If you like the calculated data, hit the MENU button and select SEND AS TEXT MESSAGE. This will open your contact list. Select the contact and a text message will be sent.

Modified main screen and amortization table to keep the portrait orientation, and not change it to landscape.
