*Add new Single page chapter viewer. In contrast to the old multi-page viewer, the single page viewer provides a more book-like experience. Settings->Viewer->Single Page.
Note: Users with low-end phones should stick with the multi-page viewer because the single page viewer requires more memory.

*Add simple bookmarking. The last chapter read is saved.
