Lap Timer

A timer with history saving.

*Timer is persistent when not displayed.
*Automatically saves timer to history when stopped.
*Can export saved history to SD card.
*Stores exported histories to MidlandAndroid.Laptimer
*Can use volume buttons to control the timer.
*Can prevent screen from timing out/locking.

Recent changes:
Added the ability to save timer history automatically. Saved history item view now can delete, and export the saved item.
