KWOG (verb)- to schedule a task (i.e. SMS) for a future time/delivery within a 24 hour period.

The app allows you to schedule a SMS via the time-picker or send one right away. There is also a repeat option that is effective by day or daily. The database allows you to view and delete scheduled messages messages if need be.
