Tones at the top of the hour help you brush up on your binary too :)

NOTE: Need to open app and press "Start Chimes" on first install.

Recent changes:
- fixed poor performance while phone is asleep (required adding a new permission. This will only keep your phone awake for a few seconds an hour, so shouldnt be a battery drain issue)
