Etiquette

Uninstalls the old Etiquette and brings you to market for the one...

This was necessary as the previous Etiquette release was set up in a way that was not compatible with other apps I am working on.

android.permission.DELETE_PACKAGES permission is required so the app can delete itself when its done.

The new version of Etiquette is so much more awesome :)

Or you can delete it yourself...
