App Recovery on Boot

1.0.1 Bug fixed.
This application save which application are running every 1 minute and launch them automatically at boot. Note: running application(s) can be saved and will be launched but detailed state(e.g. editing message) cant. If you want, you can temporary disable launching apps on boot after install.
